We want you to feel confident trying NeuvaLabs. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Easy Returns
To start a return, simply email us at support@neuvalabs.com and our team will guide you through the process. Items should be in the same condition as you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If 14 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@neuvalabs.com.
